Ordered a portable motorcycle jumpstart pack. Tracking info said ticket created but nothing else ever happened. When contacted, they created a new ticket. Same problem. This started in March 2018, new ticket in June 2018, and now they don’t respond at all. If you ever shop online, avoid this company
