Update by user Sep 30, 2018 As of this posting everlast has responded with defensiveness, claiming they get certain welders in all the time and ship them as soon as they get them in, however weeks after my posting I have called to check status and get the same run around about how if you prepay it will be sent out next week when they come in or they are expecting shipment soon, still in my opinion that if you want to do ligit business you would want to be more honest. I gave up on them and purchased a millermatic 211, cost more but they are readily available and in stock as well have local support when needed Original review posted by user Aug 15, 2018 I have been trying over a year now to purr chase a iMig 200 from them, no matter where you try to buy online they are out with an expected deliver date that comes and goes but still no product. I have contacted them directly at least once a month and always get the same answer, “the item you are looking for is expected at the end of next week” . So I call back at the end of that week and to my surprise the same answer as the week before. I have emailed with them and yet the same thing, more coming next week and when they do they go fast, claims that they get in 200 at a time and they go fast, not so convinced here!! They tell me that if I prepay for the unit I will be on the list of first to get but have read many reviews of people being told the same and have waited a months so and gave up for a refund. I am convinced that with the way they provide product and horrible phone skills that it is a big run around. Also feel the rob Peter to pay Paul by getting people to prepay and hold the money for ransom to fulfill other obligations, I believe that the BBB should step in and force their hand and shut them down. Let look at the line of offerings compared to the other major brands, they have so many models that vary slightly in features it makes it hard to pick one. They also seem to be out of the budget friendly machines which I believe is a ploy to get you to say “well what is your next step up” so they can sell you a higher costing unit. Miller, Lincoln, Hobart, Esab, etc. does not seem alto have the back log of machines that this company has. Sorry to babble but if you want a machine, pay little extra and go blue or red, in the long run you will be happier
