Power out in Houston. Hotel did not have a generator to restore power. There are too many guests that are medical patients at MD Anderson Cancer Center. Met a woman whose husband had a heart transplant and was staying there. Power out til 3:40 am the next day. Heart transplant patient and wife and guests who could not leave had to sleep under many blankets and heavy ski jackets. Your company should have had a back up plan for emergencies with generators.
