I don't know what is the workaround of your delivery guy but in my previous experience. Usually, I can receive a text message that a delivery guy is on its way at least 30mins before the actual delivery. I would like to express my extreme disappointment, my dissatisfaction with your delivery guy. I am expecting a parcel to be delivered with only a small amount Php 139.00 reference number Ninjavan Integrated SHP191212****04EM5, I am prepared for it. I receive a text message from your delivery guy at 1:42 PM that he is on his way, but I'm out for lunch and so I'm not in our office which is the delivery address but it is only 10mins travel. I replied 1:45 pm if he can deliver at 3:00 pm since I'm out for lunch. He said he is on the delivery address already. First, he should have texted me at least 30mins before so that I can prepare and make sure I am available if not I can ask someone to accept &;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;; pay for the package. I tried to negotiate if he can wait for at least 10mins since I'm on my way and he told me he can't. Wow! do you think it is a great service??? In the first place, he never gave me enough time. Texted me 1:42 pm that on its way then tag my parcel as delivery fails at 1:43 Pm a minute after you notify your receiver that you're on your way. I ask the guard at the lobby and told me No Ninja Van Delivery guy approached him or attempted any delivery. I know right now logistics are so busy and I understand but your delivery guy with that attitude. It is a shame and only gives you a bad impression. I'm pissed off really he should have talked to me nicely. I will send a screenshot of how poor mannered delivery guy talks to your customer. I am counting on you that corrective action will be serve, so he will be aware of it and no other customers will have to go through this.
