The more contact I have with Web.com; the more trouble I encounter. I have several domain accounts. Too much PC, trying to look like a big company, with very poor customer service. over an hour on the phone today (11.217) I had to explain twice, "why" I wanted to speak to supervisor and never did speak to one. The only folks at Web.com that can fix a problem is Nova Scotia office!!!
