No place to ask for cancellation

I do not wish to be with this account anymore. I have noticed you have been withdrawing from my account for quite a few months. I have requested for this to be cancelled but £15 is still being withdrawn fro my account. I am extremely annoyed about this and have reported to my bank. Would you please confirm this amount is cancelled. Many thanks Sue Hardy
