No phone to contact and worst customer service, stay away at all cost!

I booked a handyman service and the person who showed up didn't have the equipment. I, as a customer, was expected to have the tools like a wood cutting machine and even a ladder. Such a ludicrous expectation from a customer. They would not refund the full booking fee either. User's recommendation: Absolutely not.
