No payment book recieved!

Purchased a 22019 Toyota Tacoma on April 2nd, with the first payment due May 2nd. The finance manager was informed to mail paperwork to our PO Box instead of physical address. We had not received the welcome packet or payment coupon on April 23rd, so we called Southeast Toyota, after a 15 minute phone wait we were informed the information was mailed to the physical address. I requested again for the information to be sent to our PO Box. We made the first payment by phone. We still had not received any paperwork or payment coupons by May 6th, so I called back three times on this date each time I was informed they could not send to a PO Box, but had to have a physical address. I was placed on hold for over 20 minutes during each phone call. I think this is a way to collect late fees, due to the loan being 0% interest. If we had not been responsible customers we never would have received the bill. The Toyota dealer has been of no assistance either. The customer service reps. were difficult to deal with and we waited over 25 minutes to speak to the supervisor. I fail to understand the issue with sending the paperwork to a PO Box. I should not have had to spend at least 2.5 hours of my time to resolve the issue. Poor Customer Service!!!
