No payment arrangements during PANDEMIC

I called the customer service department. Wanting to making arrangements with cell phone balance. Don't have bridge payment. I wanted balance of $40 which is the monthly payment held for 10 extra days. Bridge payment is good for 7 days. No job do to pandemic. The rep I spoke with acted as if this payment belonged to him. What is 3 mores days without payment. Highly disappointed in cricket (ATT). User's recommendation: Plans are reasonable in prices. Customer service and terms horrible.
