NO PARTS,NO WARRENTY,NO SATISFACTION NO CUSTOMER SERVICE

Bought my trailer out of town,was treated great by them,but now I have to deal with my local rv centre FOR WARRENTY AND PROBLEMS. Trailer is 2 weeks old a simple screen door handle broke its been 3 weeks and I cant get parts for it.Radio has static since new,unplug antenna works better,bypass trailer antenna by plugging in remote antenna radio works fine,was told probably internal coax cable shorted or broken,how do they fix this cable all internally run no axcess .Was also told by my local dealer that there customers would come first.Was given a customer service number which I called they referred me to a site to look up my own parts.What did I buy, what kind of service and warrenty is this and what did I get myself into.
