NO paperwork provided on my dogs’ visit.

I am extrememly upset with the disorganization of this company.... So much times spent on hold, waiting for an answer. With the "wait in the parking lot program", I did not receive any paperwork on my dog's visit ! I request a current shot record report and was told that all would be emailed to me along with a receipt for the almost $400 office visit ! NONE WAS RECEIVED ! When anything was sent it was only for my credit card receipt. Yesterday, I was not allowed to enter the office to get paperwork. Today, I am being told to drive back and pick up paperwork in person, because it cannot be emailed !!! I cannot drive !!!!! BANFIELD --- WHAT IS YOUR PROBLEM ??????
