At once per week our paper is not delivered,called to some contract worker,who is hard to understand?Of they apologize and than tell me I will get a paper today/more than not getting the paper I hate being LIED to not once did I receive a paper after talking to? I think it would be proper for the morning call to except our calls not some foreign personnel.My next step will be to cancel.Thank you for ignoring all my calls and complaints,
