I paid $15 for unlimited talk and text that comes with 500mg data I never got a chance to use any data, access wireless told me there was a tower down in my area and would be up in 72 hours that didn't happen they gave me the story of another 72 hours then by the 10th of the month I was repeatedly told these things over and over again. Also during my talking to these reps, I was told by several of them that they would put a balance of $15 for my inconvenience. Now it has come time for me to get my free min. and the tower is up and running. lol, but they are telling me that they will credit me 500mg data for 1 day and then credit me $5 but I need to meet them halfway and put $5 on my account also to get an additional 500mg of data after y free min and data run out so I feel like the pulled wool over my eyes because I still have no data
