No Packing Slip, Customer Service Never Available, Never Responds to Email

I ordered an item and it came without a packing slip. I wanted to exchange for a different size. I emailed them about the lack of a packing slip twice and received auto-replies indicating they would respond within 24 hours. They never did. I also attempted to call their CS line at least a dozen times at different times during the work week, and it either disconnected me when I pressed 2 for CS or told me to call back within "regular" business hours. I'm pretty sure that 11am on a Tuesday is business hour across all four US timezones. Now I am stuck with an item that doesn't fit. Very happy that they list ALL of their brands on their site (e.g., Pyramid Collection) so I can be sure to NEVER order from NorthStyle or any of their partner companies again.
