No order, no help

Postmates seriously needs to work on their customer service. I wasnt even able to press the button saying i hadnt gotten my order, even though all other buttons worked fine and I reloaded the app twice. Why the *** cant i get my money back?? $70 down the drain. User's recommendation: Just pick up the damn food.
