I have had my Epson Workforce Printer for 3 years.past the Warrany period. I have to admit it is GREAT when working. It just stopped all of a sudden and told me to contact Epson. Epson dont even answer their phones, nor do they reply to emails!!!! I called several printer repair shops and all sale THEY WONT TOUCH AN EPSON!. Im a small business owner.Am I supposed to wait. I asked a repair shop what to buy so this does NOT happen again? They said hands down BUY AN HP! Thats exactly what Im going to do if I dont hear from Epson in a day or two!!!!! User's recommendation: DONT EXPECT SERVICE ON EOSON PRINTERS.
