Cleaning appt for two weeks. At 11:00 am on 04/27. At 11:30 I got online and found out the cleaner had an emergency and would not be coming. They were told a different day and time would not fit my schedule. The appt was cancelled and request for refund initiated that day. No refund has been given. I am an 82 yo living on social security. Please refund my $83.00 asap.
