No One Home At Lulu!

Tried to make a purchase with a new gift card, would not be accepted at retail store, tried to contact Lululemon on both phone number, email, chat, text, and only one robotic reply received! Even waited 55 minutes to speak with their "educator" representative which only resulted in more robotic questions...all in effort to redeem a Lululemon gift card!!! Terrible service. User's recommendation: Skip Lululemon and go for a brand that is responsive!
