I called them to hook up my washing machine. The service tech came and hooked it up without removing the spikes in the machine. When I turned on the machine it ended up 20 ft away from where it was. The machine was installed in my garage. The machine danced around and hit the garage door. it ruined the garage door and broke some items that were left in a box that we hadn't unpacked. The damage was huge and no one even came back. By the way they charged me for this installation and there are warning signs to remove these spikes in the machine. What clown did they hire to do the work?
