No one called to make an appointment to solve the problem of why the tv in the bedroom does not work. it is intermitten, sometimes it works fine and other times it just says err

the technician said he believed the problem was in the wire going from the family room to the bedroom. the technician was very competent and very professional. he stated that someone would be in touch to make and appointment to fix the wire. so far i have not heard from anyone and the tv has not worked a couple of times. this is unacceptable in more ways than one. i would like the supervisor of customer services to call me as soon as possible. 845-297-**** Dianne Puttlitz User's recommendation: be sure to follow up if necessary.
