No-one answers the customer service phone number

I have tried to call the gap since 6/13/20 no one answers the phone ( on hold for abhor each time) aren't customer service people working from HOME???????? 1-Never received a pkg that the USPO delivered. 2-also PJS I ordered had 2 different sizes, Ordered another pair, just want free shipping on the second pair. User's recommendation: Care full what you order might never get help.
