No not buy

My ring came with scratch and dent Got on line hoping to have live chat It said please wait someone will be with you shortly. No one show up Finally I have up decided call and when I explained about my issues He said I need to pay for return shipping I did not ask for defected ring but now I have to pay for the shipping to return and pay another shipment for them to send replacement WOW!!! Seriously?
