No more Estes for me

did not schedule.Called me from my location Tuesday and I told him I'm half hour away. He said will deliver Wed. Nothing. I call Thurs. am and am told on the truck for delivery. Call again app. 3pm and am told it's at the terminal. Asked if could drive up and pickup the important pieces that are needed ASAP. Told - no. I supply the restaurant industry and it's Memorial weekend at the beach resorts. Lost three customers and am stuck with their orders. I also have had to pay redelivery and liftgate fees although we have forklift available. Terrible customer service. Never again.
