Checked all night - no tech support chat available. When chat finally came up I waited on chat for over an hour and never got a reply. Closed session went back to web page. Chat was gone . Used to be a great company. Don't think I'll ever recommend again. User's recommendation: Be be prepared for poor service -- EEK look at their customer ratings.
