I recently attended this seminar which promised to teach participants No Money Down on property purchase at Cititel Hotel, Mid Valley, Malaysia. This seminar was supposed to be conducted by Michael Tan a self proclaimed property entrepreneur. Instead he got his assistant Diau Man Chung, who was so not proficient in the English language, that the entire crowd was baffled with the information that he was trying to impart. The seminar, was dismal to say the least. At the end Michael Tan even apologised for delivering a lack lustre with close to zero content three days seminar which was an utter waste of time and money-he charged RM 4600 mind you which is the average monthly income for the average wage earner. Worst of all, on the third day, the entire day was spent hard selling the upcoming INVESTNOW seminar. I witnessed two angry participants walked out.
