No loan collected

I was sent a message that I am owing quick check which am not, no loan of such was disbursed in my account. I am trying to log in the App but was logged out, it looks like a scam to me. Pls rectify because I won't allow any debit on my bank account for a loan I didn't collect. Please reply.
