No legs on table box

I received a table that I never opened because we moved twice and I was waiting for final destination. When I opened the table to and the hardware were in the box but no table legs. They told me I was out of warranty and they had no table legs for me to buy but pointed me to amazon to buy a new table for $1300. I am really annoyed.
