l was told l would recieve a cell phone and sim,l got the sim but not a phone, l call was told they would sell me a cell phone,l am on social security l can not afford to buy a phone ,l ask could l use my cell from qlink one said yes another said no,the sim did not work ,l ask about canceling was told l had to call to do that ,the problem ?I HAVE NO SERVICE
