No key for my luggage

Ordered suitcase for a one month long trip. Im leaving Tuesday morning. Theres a tear in the bottom of the box -NO KEY I guess they are shipped locked? MaYbe the key fell out? The key should have been in a safely contained package. The packing material left the handle and zip lock area directly on cardboard - no packing materials to protect. Delivery person set it with tear on bottom, so I had no expectations that anything would be wrong. Took me 20 mins - lots of searches to find a phone number. I kept getting directed everywhere else for online general questions. Its Saturday, 5:15p 3/14. Customer service only available during regular business hours User's recommendation: Only order if you have plenty of time to follow-up & resolve issues.
