They promise a fast shipping. Haha! Don't be as naive as I was. I believed this information and was cruelly cheated. Contacted their customer service and was said that my boots were out of stock for unknown reasons (the website showed them being available). They offered me to just sit and wait without bothering them. They promised to send me an email with the shipping information. It's been 2 months. Where is this email? I called them again and asked this question. Of course, they had no idea what I was talking about. What a messy circus!! What will happen next? I don't know. Waiting for my order that will surely never arrive and I will have to contact them again asking for a refund. But it will be another complaint...
