Very unpleasant experience, ordered a present for a 3 year old that has no yet been received (15 days since I ordered it), I was not concerned by the delivery time when I enquired about the whereabouts of my item, I was more concerned by the tracking number returning no information. When I asked Rudely Pence about the tracking number, she never answered my questions and provided brush off responses, I then told her that her answers were vague and received the following response: Rudelyn Pence Mon 19/12, 1:03 PM Re: ArtFire - Customer Contact - Order# 1632243 I will show you proof that I shipped your order. Maybe it will arrive tomorrow. I hate international orders, I will band you for this. As a result, I will never be purchasing from this supplier obviously, but beware as I have since read reviews all customers not receiving their items. I have commenced a paypal dispute to obtain a refund.
