Last email from DVDland You will recall that we offered you a refund if that satisfied you but as you have now done 2 reviews on 2 different websites you appear to still be unhappy. Can you please advise what we can do to satisfy you as we do not want you to be happy and to actively hurt our family with your multiple reviews when we have done everything possible to assist. But we have shown you evidence that we replied to that email within 3 minutes as well as me personally calling you within minutes of your 2nd email this morning. Please don’t think poorly of us Brenda because gmail junked our email, that wouldn’t be fair to blame us for that when you have seen the reply was indeed sent. We are more than happy to learn from this Brenda and have already done so as we sincerely appreciate your feedback, but your public posts state that we did not reply to you which you know is incorrect. Whilst you may have believed that at the time of writing the reviews you now know that is incorrect and hence we respectfully request you remove the reviews as you now know your public comments are not correct. We are more than happy to move on Brenda, but being in small business yourself I hope you do not want incorrect information attributed to yourself to remain when you know it is not correct.I hope you will find it in your heart not to proactively hurt my family with these reviews and that you will remove them. I hope you can find that in your heart to do that and show real kindness to a real hard working family. Yes I had a small business for 25 years and NEVER used my family in these way but I never ran a business like these ever and never would. People are starving for good customer serves. Original review updated by user Feb 13, 2021 Ordered almost a mouth ago and no contact, no updates, tried to contact but no reply. All I want is my order and a update of my order. How hard is that? They do not want to give you phone number because they just want to get the money without customer serves. Feb. 3 they apply a refund and these is Feb. 13 no refund has been received. Seven working days. User's recommendation: do not order from them!!!!!!
