No issues with Guest Services!

I have had some issues with Universal in the past, but I have yet to run into an issue with Guest Services themselves. I am not a particularly assertive person, so I cannot say I have been given free handouts due to any trouble, but honestly, I'm on vacation - as long as I have a clean room and a good time, I don't mind. In my last trip, I had issues with water leaks in the hotel (Aventura), of which I was moved twice before a proper room was assigned. Again, frustrating, but the staff were polite and eager to assist, so I ultimately did not mind it. I also had issues retrieving my tickets to HHN, but the Guest Services team was able to resolve it (there was an IT issue on their end that refused to release the tickets for some reason). Universal is a theme park - it will never be perfect, and it is unable to please everyone. However, I have had nothing but pleasant experiences, and am eager to return!
