Dear Sir, My no. is [protected] (Aghwanpur, Aanshik Moradabad, Dist. Moradabad, U.P. west) i m using my sim from last one year and till 29th of February i had no problem related to internet, but from 1st March i had recharged 248/- rs pack of unlimited internet and from that time i m not able to connect to internet, i also complaint two times and complaint no.s given to me are [protected] on 7th of march & [protected] on 14th of march, but no response shown by reliance communication and still i am not able to connect to internet, customer care representatives told me that there are no internet network available on my number that's why i am facing this problem and they people will do something within three days but nothing is done by them till now. so if you are not able to do anything then refund my money of Rs 248/- in to my account because i have been already waste my 17 days of recharge period.
