In January 2013 I ordered and received the Ultragamut Archival Ink Cartridge Kit to use with my HP Photosmart B9180 printer. It came with no instructions on how to refill the cartridges, so I tried, unsuccessfully, to figure it out on my own. I went onto their website to look for instructions and ended up chatting with an employee who said he would email me the instructions. He did send me an email with instructions, but they weren't for my printer. I've tried contacting the company on 4 separate occasions and have only received the following response, which was in January 2015: "Your request (#5807) has been received and is being reviewed by our support staff.".
