Update by user Jan 25, 2021 finally contacted someone at photostick. she didnt seem to understand my problem sent me email with some computer instructions that i dont understand at all. i give up. if it is so easy to use , why cant they explain it in terms anyone can understand? i will just charge this up to elite technology geeks thinking everybody is as computer savvy as they are. Original review posted by user Dec 26, 2020 not easy to use as they said it would be. dont know if my photos are in it or not. dont know how to transfer to another computer. dont know how to clear photo stick. no response from photostick. wish i had not wasted my money. over $40.00 down the toilet. User's recommendation: dont buy it.
