I ordered my dress on April 9th it was super sketch because I got no confirmation email so that was a red flag already and then right away I got a message on my phone about how the money left my bank account almost immediately and I said it wasn't fraud. It went from confirmed to preparing and the shipment date was today 4-26-2019 and the status of it never changed to shipped or anything and I emailed and sent a message and no one has gotten back to me. My prom is May 11th and I have no clue on where they are from or anything to reach out to. I just want to hear back and know when I'm getting it or at least if I can get my money back.
