Ordered a prom dress for my daughter and received nothing yet. Called Madame Bridal customer care and they said that my order was already shipped and asked me to contact them in case of any issues. Well there are many bad reviews online about rubbish quality and stuff, but I can't say anything bad about the product itself since nothing arrived! Several weeks already passed and recently I contacted them again and was put on hold for about an hour! When I called for the second time they asked me to wait 10 minutes and this time I was put on hold for an hour and a half!!! Still no information about the dress! Seems like a scam.
