No indication that my order was even received

Ordered sneakers monday june1st and still havent received email on the progress of my order, i opted payment through Klarna the first installment has been paid, i swear this is it no more business from me, service is a 1 on a scale from one to ten.The same scenario happened a month ago from another pair i ordered, i've had it very very poor service User's recommendation: Beware.
