I have no idea what you have done to this channel. It is horrible. I have to keep logging in. Keeps cutting me out. The new appearance is complicated and hard to locate what I am looking for. The service is bad Last week I had no issues with this channel. Your improvement are not good. Why did you change it? Why does it keep logging me out? I pay my service fees each month. What has changed. Why did you change the locations of the channel? It is hard to move around without being kicked out. Fix my log in in issues. I do not want to have to enter email and password each time I go to the channel. This did not happen before you made these aweful changes. The designers of this have never used it. Please fix this.
