I received a brand new washer and dryer as part of my home purchase. I did not hook it up until about 12 months ago and I have used to wash clothes for one person so definitely not heavy use. All it does it pour out hot water no mater what the setting is on. My appliance repair friend it is probably the board which costs almost as much as the machines original price. I will never purchase a roper. What a joke.
