No Hot water – GREAT TECH SUPPORT

Began having cold showers about 2 months ago. Sporadic at first and had the professional who installed it evaluate it 3 three times. Desperate started watching YouTube fixes. Called tech support and directed me via the error code to the solution. Cleaned a condensation trap that was filthy and in 10 minutes the problem was solved. Excellent experience. User's recommendation: Great Product and Great Experience.
