I came in to pick up my food the front door was overly crowded with not one person helping. I walked to the back to ask where the host was she said shell be there in a second. I waited two more minutes until i walked to the bar again to ask where the manager was. The manager finally came I had no idea what he was doing he asked me what can he help me with i explained to him that there was nobody at the door for over 10 mins he brushed it off and asked me my name very rudely i said i already told the other lady my name she could t find my food when it was sitting on the counter in front of her the whole entire time it took 3 people to get the food absolutely ridiculous. The manager is ghetto and rude I asked him his name and he wouldnt answer me then he told me his name was jemy and then he spelled it out for me. No customer service at all and full of incompetence. I will never return again. The Benihana was in Miramar Florida 954 342 **** User's recommendation: Don’t go to Benihana they went down the drain.
