No Help with my stove

The dealer in Santa Cruz CA has been no help.I ordered parts and no returns .Now I have invested $1200 and they do not answer the phone or call you back when you leave a message. Cathy promised she call back no call back . Do not buy or do any business with stove &;;;;;spa in Santa Cruz CA Horrible!! User's recommendation: Do not buy anything from these people!!
