No help with a warranty issue

it has been over 3 months that our home has been without a refrigerator. it has been over 2 months thats a new replacement was supposed to but ordered and delivered to my home. ALSO its been over a month that i have not received either one of the 2 food loss checks that was told was in the mail!! User's recommendation: DONT BUY SEARS!!
