No Help 4 ME

Hit secure login nothing happens wait, hit it again...nothin happens ---over and over-- you can't even get to the part to make the payment. Then out of nowhere suddenly ur info is wrong. Username password after several attempts to fix it then they tell u what u need for p.w. then they lock ur account, u try and try to "contact us" but no one comes. Hence ...No help 4 ME.
