No help, 2 hours on phone, hung up when asked for supervisor

I used TaxAct this year for the first time. I got all the way to the end before it said "now pay $37 for online plus". I didn't remember adding any Online Plus options, so I called. It took 20 minutes to get in touch with someone who transferred me after 5 minutes because she could not help me. An hour and 15 minutes passed and I was still on hold. I used another phone to call back (during this call, the original call hung up). The guy I spoke to had a thick accent and tired voice. He told me after hearing my situation that he immediately told me I had to start my file over from the beginning. I asked to speak to a supervisor and he asked "why?" I asked to simply speak to the supervisor, not through someone; he asked "why?" We went back and forth like this, he put me on hold, picked back up and said "I don't know what you want so...goodbye". Do not use TaxAct, they are worthless.
