No heat or cooking for sick man!!!

Yes! My meter was cut off for non payment and even when I offered to make payment, the call center rep told me I would have to wait 3 days to get back my gas connection. I told her I could not cook food and there is no heat and I'm sick but she said not even the manager in her company can send technician same day. It is Friday 8:10 am call and they just don't care. We need an alternate service provider. Very very bad service bcs the call center rep then just hung up on me even though I was making a payment!!!!
