No good lie at point of sale
Have a new Mattress only a week old sorry not even a week old only three days old and a spring is sticking out the side phone sleep country said he got a problem with the mattress they said hey you bought a floor model so you’re basically screwed that you’ll have to do the warranty through the manufacture not through sleep country so even though they sold me a mattress off the floor when I didn’t know that that it was their last mattress they told me at the point of sale that I had a 60 night guarantee but they are not honouring that basically told me at the store that I was screwed found her office they said that I have to submit photos online to them you’re not even willing to have somebody come out and look at the mattress absolutely the worst service possible please never buy a mattress from this company They will rip you off I’m telling you At the point-of-sale the store manager told me and wrote down on my receipt that I had a 60 night comfort guarantee but now they’re saying that because it’s a floor model they won’t honour thatThe worst service ever please avoid at all cost
