Went to the Pei Wei on Collins St. In Arlington TX. I love the food and have gone often since moving to Texas. But ... on September 5, 2018, 1. The hours say open at 11am but they didn't open the doors until 11:05am. Thankfully I was 2nd in line and there was a line outside. 2. No scanner available to use my cell phone to gain points from my Pei Wei app. Had to tell out my cell phone number in public to get my points. 3. Waited 35 minutes for my food that never came. The other person in my group had already eaten. Her food arrived in about 10 minutes. 4. Waited another 5 minutes for my money to be returned to my card because no one knew how to do that function on the register.
